Non functional
Barely works and even less functions than the mobile website. Better off reviewing or paying your bill from the website instead of this non functional and extremely slow and buggy app. Why waste money even making this app.
Not the best.
This app is not easy to use at all. Every month I have to set a new password because it 1. Does not allow it to be remembered like it removes the username and 2. Doesn’t allow you to see what you’re typing. So I either type it in wrong or just have the wrong password but I can never tell! It also doesn’t let you save card info on it unless you have it set up for autopay. So frustrating. Considering switching when this contract is up 😤

It works awful
Is a nightmare every time that you try to make a payment. Stay freeze in every step and doesn’t update. You can be more than 10min trying to pay..what a mess is this app

Terrible Cannot enter your information. If you the company reading this HIRE ME, I am the Developer for my self and I want to help businesses like this. Believe me I will make it very user friendly easy to use and just 1000% better.
Horrible aplicación
Nunca puedes pagar en el app porque cuando entras nunca te muestra la página completa para poner la información que se requiere para hacer el pago !!
