It will be more convenient if the app notify the students whenever have replacement..Because some lecturers won't let us know or remind..So the notification is mostly recommended
The old announcements are deleted automatically without any consideration..Could give the option to user to delete or not because somehow in future the students can find any information in the announcements.

A suggestion for improvement
I’ve noticed that in the Class Timetable, the different colours purple, green and blue actually mean lecture, practical and tutorial (different types of classes conducted in TARUMT) respectively. This is not actually immediately obvious to someone who’s just enrolled in TARUMT, and I only just figured it out now, two weeks into enrolling, after comparing the timetable in the app with the one on the intranet, which states which type of class it is with a short form in parentheses (e.g. “(P)” for practical, “(T)” for tutorial). I suggest adding a legend of sorts in the existing info button on the top right corner of the Class Timetable page in the app, so new users will know which colour means what. Or, if you wanna go more advanced, you could implement an interactive guide on how to use the app for new users.
^^^EDIT: I don’t know how I missed it—the T, P and L’s were literally written in circles right beside the names of the classes 🤦 forget whatever I said up there.
On another note, why not make the app open source so that students, who use the app every day and therefore will have a very good idea of where the app can improve, can contribute to it on GitHub, for example? I’m new to programming and stuff, so there might be valid reasons why the devs chose not to make this app open source that I didn’t think of. But I’d really love to be able to contribute to making this app better and more user-friendly for both new and existing students.

Service cannot be used
Both my phone and iPad is connected to the school wifi but i cannot log in or take attendance at all it keeps saying the server is busy or unavailable its been a week already. Its still like that even after restarting my devices and redownloading the app. Pls fix it. 🤗
Student Id and information should include in this app
Hopefully student Id barcode can be use in this app and student not need to bring any physical ID card to access all facility of schoo.

New features - Dark mode
I think tarc expect the student not seeing any info thru the new feature dark mode . Seriously ? Dark background with the black colour font ? How can the developer from TARUC fail the colour sense when building the mobile apps .

Bug contained
Once i update the software, i cant acess to any of the site. All it said were my server is busy or no connection. But im using wifi and data. Please fix it soon. Thx

Attendance before registration of outstanding papers automatically become absent and neither faculty office nor lecturer able to do anything
Attendance for classes such as practicals where different lab groups take turns to attend automatically becomes absent for those students where it's not yet their turn to attend
No consideration for windows phone users at all before implementation of compulsory attendance taking through tarc app
If it's a tarc app, it should have every information about tarc especially those already in intranet

Good app very convenient. But very troublesome at the same time. Could be more user friendly, and timetable is hard to understand easily. There are a lot of students in TARUC. It takes quite some time when trying to take attendance, as everyone is trying to access it at the same time. Please work on this.
