Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: TARCApp at 5.0 against APSpace's 3.1. APSpace's advantage is review sentiment (53% vs 19%) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
TARCApp holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: APSpace has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of TARCApp's written reviews are positive against 53% of APSpace's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
TARCApp ships an update every 3 months, APSpace every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 21, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
