Expired food
Target is great except for their grocery aisles! They are notorious for leaving expired food on the shelves. Some of the food has expired months ago. Someone should be on top of this!
Convenient
Overall, I really enjoy shopping at Target, and I especially love the convenience of the app, delivery services, and Drive Up pickup. These services make shopping so much easier and more convenient.
If I had one complaint, it would be the accuracy and care taken when packing groceries for Drive Up orders. For example, I’ve had bananas packed underneath or alongside large 64 oz bottles of V8 Splash, which resulted in bruised bananas when I got home. While this may seem like a small issue, it can be frustrating when groceries aren’t packed with the appropriate care.
When the Drive Up service is done well, it’s fantastic. If the quality and care were more consistent, I honestly wouldn’t have any complaints. I appreciate the convenience Target provides and hope the grocery packing process can improve.

Needs to be updated
Constantly glitches. searching through your purchases is awful and ends up unhelpful. Adding stuff to cart is a lengthy process of pop ups and multiple buttons to press to add one item.
Has us covered for school.
My kids do not wear uniforms, but my daughter likes skirts to be a little longer and my son has to have button and zip shorts. Target has had us covered for everything for school.

me and my daughter go to target all the time several times a week questioning ourselves. Do we need anything? No target let us know what we need when we walk in there.

Well; I don’t know who owns it now, but there improvements to both their product availability, discounts for using online shopping and ease of use make it an easy and fun experience.

Don’t store my card info every time I have to enter info again and again takes items out of my cart doesn’t store correct information app runs slow no matter how many times it updates too many hidden fees quantity of inventory is low online and store
Watch out for the automatic removal of discounts
I received a deal to get $3 off Downy fabric softener, as shown on the product page for selection, but had to cancel the order due to the wrong payment being selected. When I went back to add the items back to my cart, the $3 off was not available (it wasn’t showing up on the product page), where it initially was.
