Pro membership not active
I bought a pro membership online. I received a confirmation email immediately, but the membership wasn’t activated on my account. Called support they say it can take 24hrs to activate. 24hrs later it still isn’t activated, support says “oh, it can actually take up to 48hrs”. Next 24hrs they attempt manual activation and say give it 24hrs. 72hrs later it’s still not active and support says it’s 1-3 business days! Ridiculous! Refund not an option on a digital purchase. I will never use GameStop digital products ever again.

Slow , buggy, just like there website
I love GameStop , but lately there app is a mess and there website be coming down all the time

App is just as glitchy as the website. Can’t even put in a new shipping address as it doesn’t save it. Just deleted the app. I’ll get my Pokemon cards else where

I tried making an account and it said password invalid even when it says my password meets the requirements
Slow updates on items!
Ok so I downloaded this app to keep an eye out for pokemon games I want, and when I was able to see there was a game Pokemon Emerald for the GBA I tried to buy it but it wouldn’t let me, so I went to my local GameStop and they told me that it takes a few days for it to update, so within the hour I spotted the game it was already bought by another person before the app updated it was up for sale.
