They not pay when the job is completed

FIRST & LAST TIME DEALING WITH THEM! FRAUDULENT! EXCESSIVE! NO WHERE NEAR LEGIT
I’ve worked with Lawn Love and LawnStarter before, so I understand the requirement for before and after photos. That’s normal. What’s not normal is requiring an excessive amount of very specific photos — front yard from multiple angles, driveway view, sidewalk view, left side, right side, trash can, signs (if any), backyard left-to-right, right-to-left — and then repeating almost all of that again for the after photos.
For $18–$22 per property, plus drive time, this is unreasonable. Taking all of those photos alone adds an extra 5–10 minutes per job.
What makes it worse is that the app will not let you complete the job if even one required photo is missing — even if that item doesn’t exist. In my case, there was no trash can and no sign, but I still couldn’t mark the job complete. I had to call customer service just to get it manually marked complete.
I was then told the job could still potentially be rejected because certain pictures were missing — even though there were 9 before photos and 7 after photos clearly showing the completed work.
Requiring irrelevant photos (like trash cans for a mowing job) and threatening rejection after the work is clearly done is excessive. For the pay offered, this process is not reasonable or contractor-friendly.
I cannot recommend this platform.

Task easy is becoming a scamming company
Started out with task easy 4 years ago and they were great. great pay, good work volume etc
But now I don’t even want to get out of my truck for what they are paying! $18.18 to mow a property that is absolutely ridiculous and they know it, they have to realize why some of us contractors aren’t completing all the work, if we did all the work we would actually loose money by doing the yard from paying help, fuel, maintenance etc it’s just not worth it anymore. On top of that, they will reject a yard for the littlest reason and wait almost a week before the second chance and as much rain as we’ve been having in Florida they need to be cut again and task easy is expecting contractors to do a recut for free.
This company has just gone down hill and they are getting harder to work with. I’m almost at my breaking point with them to quit this partnership after 4 years

Losing profit
It’s nice to get plenty of leads but lately Taskeasy has been consistently paying less and less for payouts and it makes partnership with them harder to continue. I hope they fix this soon, because a mower won’t leave my truck for any less than $30.
Contractor
I love working with TaskEasy.. they always pay, they keep plenty of work and the app is easy to use.. I wish they would pay more for the yards because gas is high! So just going to a job is costing me and having to pay my help because most of these places we cut be way overgrown! After gas, employees, mishaps n breakdowns.. 34$ to maybe …maybe 45$..is not enough to make the ends meet! So I try to stick with TaskEasy only hoping it will get better. I’ve worked with TaskEasy easy going on my 3rd yr and it started out paying good and everything was fine

I have tried everything deleting app restart phone sign in and sign out of App Store it tells me I have to update to use i have jobs for tomorrow but I can’t even get in the app !!!!!!!!!!

Task Easy is a great company and you would be lucky if you get yo work with this company.
TASKEASY IS FRAUDULENT
Taskeasy engages in a periodic and systematic practice of fraud by not paying contractors for fallacious reasons. They are doing this in order to keep more profits to themselves unjustly. Taskeasy robs contractors of their pay by falsely alleging that said contractors failed to do something even though they did. It could be blurry pictures, false claim of failing to string trim, or whatever they can come of with. This practice is so despicable that it is often associated with those who lack a valid and balanced connection with their conscience. The only description I can think of that suffices with this type of character is a rodent. No, a parasite; they are financial parasites, and one thing I know is that when you take from the little people karma has a way of evening things out and for every fraudulent claim that they have engaged in against a contractor they will have to pay for it. So enjoy it while it last you godforsaken parasites.

Not worth the time
None of the yards are worth the time. By the time I mow trim and blow plus take 20 pictures it’s just not worth the money. I’ve been mowing for years and won’t drop my gate for less than $45. Over half the jobs they send they want to pay $30 or less. There is just no value.
Time
I timed today total of 16 minutes to take before and after pictures per yard and average 13 minutes to service the yard so I’m losing over 2 hours of time for every 10 yards

Not right
Apps like this take work away from people whose really going to do the work and should deserve all the money not 21% and it’s my truck and equipment at least 30-40%

Better Everyday
This app has gotten much better over the last few months I’ve been using it. I don’t have any issue having to wait for photos to upload. Glitched a few times but nothing major.
Suggestion: Add a way and/or make it possible for contractors to submit bids in the comments section through the app instead of having to send an email (this takes extra time and the added step often means I forget to send a bid altogether). This would greatly improve the company as a whole and make things better/easier for everyone (clients, contractors, and TaskEasy).

Am like some of the other reviews..make the sub titles for the pictures darker as to where you can see them in the sun !!! Speed it up !!! Can’t say that enough !!! EXTREMELY SLOW TO UPLOAD PICTURES.. twice the time verses the old app !! The pros it shows you the payout for the job ... but doesn’t show you the client/customer info??? Could be way better with the right tweaks !!!!...More feed back.... its progressive gotten worse . Want load up regardless of service.. Probably the worst app I have ever attempted to use !!

New app
The new app has been nothing but problems for me, except taking pictures. I’ve lost many jobs due to the rain and not being able to do the weather delay. On top of that the app will not update my W9, then the changing to stripe is not even showing up for me.
Time
The new app is great! The only problem I have is it takes the pictures a lot longer to upload. The app will not allow you to take another picture until your previous picture has fully uploaded. This makes picture taking way longer. On the old app I could take pics in three minutes now it’s taking me 10 minutes each yard. This happens no matter what the service is like. Full service or no service pictures take forever.

Some tweaks needed
App is functional but please darken the title/direction for each photo. The title/direction of each photo is grayed out (very hard to see in daylight) and then black after upload. Please make this easier to see in sunlight.
Also, we’ve used TE for 3+ years and always had the address block photo after the before photos, now it is first.

Review
App will not let us replace a photo that has already been uploaded for one that is better. App only allows you to take pictures vertically and not horizontally.
