Extremely Disappointed with Tata MD Blood Test Services
I am writing to express my absolute disappointment with the recent blood test service I availed through your platform. The experience was nothing short of horrible — it was disorganized, unprofessional, and completely undermines the trust one should have in a diagnostic service.
Your team seemed to have no clue about the process, timelines, or even basic communication. I expected accuracy, reliability, and professionalism from Tata MD, but what I encountered was the exact opposite. This is not just inconvenient — it is unacceptable when it comes to something as critical as healthcare.
I will strongly discourage anyone I know from ever using Tata MD for diagnostic services if this is the standard of operation. You seriously need to evaluate your staff training, service quality, and accountability before you put more patients through such an ordeal.

Worst Service
The process in TATA MD is very poor they have any no control on the sample pickup agency(Orange Labs) for 2 people I spent 12k is waste of money. I have no confidence on the reports.
