Worstest application ever

This is the worst app I have ever used. The interface and overall functionality are extremely poor. Only two partner services are actually useful; the rest add little to no value. The app lags frequently, and the content and features are not organized in a logical or user-friendly manner.

There are various chips and redirection options that make navigation confusing, and the playback experience is also disappointing. Overall, the app is not worth the money. It would be better to purchase a subscription directly for the specific streaming service you want to watch rather than using this app.

Pathetic service

I’v purchased flexi lite plan few months back. At that time it included 4 apps then it reduced to 3 then randomly 1 of the selected apps move out of the plan every now and then and it asks to select other app which I never wanted. On top of that it is not allowing me to select other app as well. It gives error ‘something went wrong’ on both app and website.

Tata Play Binge on LG Smart TV – Inconsistent Experience for Motorsports Fans

I subscribed to Tata Play Binge specifically to stream motorsports like F1 and MotoGP through FanCode on my LG Smart TV. While MotoGP live streams work perfectly, watching F1 has been a frustrating experience. The app shows F1 events under FanCode, but when trying to play the stream, it throws an error saying “Content unavailable on this device. Please use the Tata Play Binge mobile app.”

This defeats the purpose of having a smart TV app if key content is restricted to mobile only. It’s disappointing, especially after paying for the plan. Tata Play Binge needs to clearly communicate these device limitations or better integrate with FanCode to offer a consistent experience across platforms.

Extra charges

As i made mistake while selecting ott on the flexi light plan. Canceling the current plan and going for new plan will be better but each you are charging the extra amount by saying that for upgrading the plan. And while i went for upgrade you are people charging more. Also some of those selected ott are not working properly. You should shut the up down its not your field. Its better pay for particular ott app better than paying in this app.

All okay but one flaw

I’m using this app 7 months maybe more or less i love this platform and idea all OTT under one app but there is an issue in apple tv first two months its working well watching content and movies after that apple tv not working it says renew at 99₹ I don’t know why? Trying to contact binge customer care but no use there is FAQ and bot chat only available still that issue continue I don’t know where to ask if anybody know solution pls let me know thanks
