Zero support response, no way to actually contact them
As much as I like the majority of this app, the fact that they have zero actual support for the questions and issues that I am having with their app shows a complete lack of professionalism on their part. AI, tools and FAQs are a weak attempt to answer and solve problems outside of those DIY solutions. Give me a phone number, an email address. You have already ignored my support requests. I have been using the previous iterations of this app for years and the current version has been nothing short of a headache, my bookkeeper is recommending other digital release form apps and I am seriously considering it.

Keeps getting worse
I have been using this app for 5+ years and it keeps getting progressively worse with each update

This app updated and I lost access to all previous forms and client info. I just had a client fill this out, and after it was finished, it says I have no available forms. So I press ‘save for later’, which I guess is now a feature that is ‘coming soon’. So I can’t buy more forms, even though I already had paid for many forms on the previous version of this app. Now I have to delete this whole client form just so I can get back to the screen to purchase more forms. This has been such a huge pain.

Changed
This release form did a update change and completely logged out the same thing that everybody else is writing. I’ve tried logging in multiple different ways. This type of downfall leads my business suffering. Leaves us in legal situations. Please do reach out and let us know what’s going on.
Forced Update LOST ALL my forms!!
Like others on here recently, this app updated without my knowledge. The old app was amazing, needed no changing. They force updated this and lost ALL our info in the process. This greatly affects my ability to run my business. It WILL NOT EVEN SAVE new forms on this new update! I filled one out and it was immediately lost. So it’s completely useless. DO NOT USE

What happened?
I’ve been using this app for years up until a few days ago when it apparently updated, deleting EVERYTHING! I can’t log back into my google drive and Im probably going to have to go back to paper because I can’t get logged in. It also happened the day the Health Department was doing a routine inspection and I had nothing to show for myself and left completely confused and on the verge of being fined by the HD. I don’t mind the new look, and everything seems more streamlined, but it doesn’t matter if I can’t access my clientele’s information for the Health Department to look at.

App forced an update and now it won’t work/ connect with cloud account.

This first update in forever has made this app useless! I can’t even set it up because it will no longer sync with google drive. Says this app is blocked. Hopefully there will be an update to fix this right away so we can continue to use this or will have to find something else. We also just paid for forms a couple weeks ago!

Used to love this app
Same problem as other reviewers had. Without my knowledge, the app was updated, I thought it was an unknown app on my iPad?! I filled out all of the required info just to find..All of my client’s information was wiped and I tried to reach out to get help on the matter but the email address wasn’t valid so… no one to contact. The app was amazing and now, it’s frustrating. Glad the camera finally works but where are all of my clients forms for the past 3+ years??

New update ruined it
All my stuff was erased. And appears to not have been uploading to cloud properly at all this whole time so everything it’s gone. I bought some forms before the update. So where do those go? Says I’m subscribed yet I never subscribed to anything. What is going on?
More editing required
Without my knowledge, this app has been updated, and none of my information from the previous model was carried over. I have followed all of the steps filled out all of the information required to move forward. One of my biggest pet peeves is when an app tells me I need to fill out all of the information to move forward but does not tell me what information is missing a simple star or a highlighted area would make the process much easier. I have gone page by page question by question and still the updated app is telling me that I must fill out all areas before moving forward and there’s nothing else to move forward with. I now have to reschedule clients because the app is missing information somehow. Not cool!

Update erased everything.
This new update erased everything. All studio forms and information, gone. Now says certificate not verified and won’t let me finish setting up. Just bought forms for 3ipads and have the yearly subscription…. Ughhh
No app support, crashes
You can’t add different pronouns, there’s no app support or contact website linked. It has been consistently crashing for 4 months now when looking up previous forms. Difficult to navigate and not worth purchasing any more forms. Save your money.

We’ve used this app for several years and then they decide to change things, and now we can’t retrieve any clients previous forms. We were told to change cloud services, we tried 3. Nothing. I’d find an alternative, we definitely will be

Will there be any further updates to this app? Doesn’t look like there has been in over 4 years. Just wondering when there is an apple update that makes this no longer compatible, will it be updated then? There are a couple glitches as is. Also How about some more ink companies on here? Dynamic? Industry? For starters.

Nothing but problems
Devices won’t backup or sync, can’t change verification phone number to my new number so I can no longer make purchases. Website is shut down so there’s no customer support. Guess we’re gonna make a change to an app with active developers
Not working lately
I’ve been using this app for over 4 years. In the last 6 months its become almost unusable.. it crashes, wont upload forms, camera wont orient the right way, etc
Master code
So I’ve had twoPrevious accounts with no problems ever. I just set up a new account along with a new studio, and I am certain of my master code, what it is.However, every time I enter it, it is saying it is incorrect? If that is the case, how do I reset it or recover it?

This app has great potential but with no customer service available it’s impossible to navigate all the concerns each states health department requires. I simply need to be able to see what it prints like in the event the health department wants a copy which they ask for but there was no option to see or print
