We're truly sorry for the issues you’re facing with the app. We haven’t seen a support request from you yet, so please contact us at support@tattoostudiopro.com. It sounds like we may need to do some maintenance on your account which is a simple thing that should get you back up and running quickly. But we need to hear from you to get that done for you. Additionally, we want to clarify that we have never raised our prices, only added new plans in addition to the ones we've always had.
