Worse app ever

Download the app to get rid of papers and had to go back to it after a week yes just a week and start getting stuck and has no customer service or nobody to help u end up uninstalling don’t download it

Best app support

On a busy Saturday at the shop I had a small error that prevented me from taking the id photo after the 4.1.2 update. After I sent in a support email they contacted me immediately, same day, and discussed the issue with me. They pushed an update same day to fix the issue and have continued to be really supportive to help me fix the issue. I will continue to use the app because of the ease of use and the excellent support.

Unusable, switching back to paper

These app has always been temperamental but now it’s unfortunately so glitchy it’s completely unusable. In the middle of a stacked day it kept giving me an error message that fields were not completed or permissions not sent so the client get past typing in name and address. App constantly crashes, tells me I don’t have a sub when I do and makes me log out. Won’t let me access my queue. Frequently force quits so that I have to make my clients sign their forms all over again. I’ve hung in there for 2 years now I’m done, especially with raising prices.

It sounds like we may need to do some maintenance on your account which is a simple thing that should get you back up and running quickly. But we need to hear from you to get that done for you. Additionally, we want to clarify that we have never raised our prices, only added new plans in addition to the ones we've always had. We’re here to make this right, so please reach our for help and we'll take care of you.

Cancelled my subscription after having it for years due to it being unreliable.

It constantly logs me out and tells me I don’t have an account and to check my subscription. Go to check subscription and it’s clearly active and I see the transactions in my bank account. Not worth the constant hassle of having my artists calling me because it’s glitching again. Going back to paper releases because they don’t cost me $30 a month and they don’t glitch. πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»πŸ‘ŽπŸ»

The app just buffers. Embarrassing in front of clients. We went back to paper forms. They take my money and I can’t log on to cancel. Terrible.
