Dishonest Advertising
The ad looked vaguely interesting and “different”. The game itself was interesting only in the fact that it bears no relation to the advert whatsoever. The creators answer reviews like this saying “We’ll do better” but they aren’t doing.
Be warned…
This was a great game. Yes it’s spendy but you don’t have to spend and all these games are the same. I’ve been enjoying it for over a month and it’s the online community that made it great. However, a week or so ago I bought an expensive pack only to discover that it was largely useless without spending double again once I had it. I contacted support for a refund who initially agreed. Then they changed their mind and offered me an exchange. But then when I tried to organise that they changed their mind again and withdrew the offer. What shocked me though is that they then threatened me that if I continued to pursue the issue saying - and I quote -‘Please also note that if your refund requests reach a certain amount, the system will restrict your game character, preventing you from engaging in normal gameplay.’
Since then the chat function in game has been completely useless and support won’t load at all. I intend to pursue with the AppStore directly

Great game
My only complaint is how difficult it can be to get legendary heroines in events for free. For example a 0.01% chance and only so many free attempts. Generally speaking purchases are definitely worth it however.
