Drive Status
My drive status should be platinum but the App suddenly return me to the beginning as Bronze status, Since one month I am following with drive support but unfortunately no action has been taken .

Poor counting mechanism, always showing me as using phone while not in real life
Trip comments
The braking feature should not be negative value that affects the overalls rating. There should be a comment space for every completed trip. The speed limits of the roads are not correct
Stay safe with rewards
This app keep you in discipline feel like someone is watching you and return you get rewards. I Love this app.

فكرة كويسة تطبيق خايس
ياخي الفكرة حلوة اكن ان التطبيق يراقبني وين رايح ووين جاي وبعدين يحكم على سواقتي عشان ١٥ ريال مالها داعي 😆.. حسسني اني محتاجه أو أبغى منه يسدد الإيجار.. لو مثلا كان يعطي وضوح أكثر عن العداد اللي فوق او كان مثلا يقيمك بدون ما يتجسس عليك او حتى لو كانت الخصومات تسوى كان طيب.. بس لين الحين لا. وتم الحذف.

Worst service
Well the idea of the app is good and it helps to enhance your driving to get better points
But for over a year now . Despite the app is calculating my trips and ranking them. I’m not gaining any score and no rewards or points and despite of the mails, calls and complaints, no one is able to solve the problem 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

App needs fixing
App needs an update everything is glitching. Every week my points reset as if im a new registered driver. My information shows Null everytime. Everytime it logs out i have to do an assessment. I ordered a sensor and it didn’t arrive. It never registers my points while im driving. I feel like you’ve created this app as a pilot, and forgot about it or about improving it.
