Terrible compared to Global Blue
Never received my credit card refund although the app shows as completed. During the same period Global blue refunded the amount back in one week. Terrible app and service. Avoid at all cost

My status has been stuck on “processing” for 2 months now. I’ve tried emailing/calling multiple times, but I never received a response.

The app adds letters to your name and passport no. Almost at random.
Many shops don’t use it.
If they do, with incorrect numbers it fails at the airport.
Global blue seems much better and more widely accepted,
Advice:
Check all details in the app remain accurate
Use global blue instead
Look for shops accepting global blue
Keep calm and give up on tax refunds if using this app

Awful, waste of time
This app doesn’t work. It’s super basic and just repeats what is written on the envelope. It doesn’t scan the bar code despite claiming to do so. So I tried typing in the information from the barcode and it still doesn’t work. I went to the customs office and received and electronic stamp but the form and directions don’t talk about this at all. There is no telephone number, email or faq section. Would rather shop elsewhere and avoid this company.

Dreadful Scam of a VAT Refund Service
I completed and submitted my VAT refund forms at the Tax Refund office in Rome Fiumicino Airport in mid-June 2022 for a refund back to my credit card. It is now mid-September 2022, and no refund has been received. I reached out via email to the company using the email address provided on their website two weeks ago, and have received no response. Abhorrent service, but lesson learned—opt for euros in cash.

I have iOS 12 Pro running latest OS. Cannot update Passport info. Crashes when clicking Update on the number/residence page
