App won’t accept a phone number that starts with +1
I would like to use this app in Copenhagen but it won’t accept my phone number that starts with +1 and I am locked out of
Overcharged for taxi ride
I tried this taxi company. The driver took a long route and ended up charging about twice what I would have paid with Uber. Never again

App doesn’t recognize a major hotel in Copenhagen.
Beware scammer drivers
They have dishonest driver. The driver kept his meter running after he drop me off the hotel. They reimburse me the difference.
Terrible. CPH needs Uber ASAP

Be Careful
I had trouble finding the driver so I simply asked him where he was parked. This made the driver so angry, he started being strangely controlling??? Telling me what to do. He was yelling “Come here! Get in!” and “Now get out!” I tried to leave then he yells again, “No get out through the other door!” Don’t appreciate all of the commands. Of course he cancelled the ride after I got in, so there’s no way for me to rate him after, but I still paid. That must explain the behavior.

Frequent travel
As someone who travels often this is a great app. I love the GPS feature if I don’t always know where I am or where I need picking up from.
Can’t create an account
What a joke. The app says you need an account to use it and provides no way to create one. Their website doesn’t either, they just promote their app.

It can’t find hotels or restaurants that have been there for years and even road names appear but you can’t click on them.

I have a US phone. The verification process needs to sent a code via SMS to my phone. Never receive the code.

The app will sent a SMS to verify your phone. It never is send.

Excellent 30 year veteran taxi drive with accident free record. Good conversation and he anticipated a protest congesting terminal 3 and asked if it was ok to drop me off at terminal 2. Excellent service.
