The app said 5 drivers were available and then as soon as I tried to hail one, there were 0. Can't rely on this. A single phone call brought a taxi in 3 minutes.

Very Useful Taxi App when in Crete

We needed a taxi on holiday in Hersonissos and I found this app through a website (taxi-now.gr) which was advertised on a top trip advisers Tavern’s napkin. It works a lot like Uber (in that you can see where your taxi is and how long it will take to arrive) although payment was still in cash.
