Cannot register

I tried creating an account. I never received a pin via SMS or email. Live chat on website does not work and is in Greek.

Thanks for your message. If you didn’t receive the PIN, it’s possible there was an issue with the phone number or network. Please email us at support@taxiplon.gr with your number and we’ll assist directly. We’re also reviewing the live chat setup to improve non-Greek support.

Bad service/support

Made an account yesterday to find a taxi. I tried for 10 minutes to get one but a driver could not be found, so obviously I close the app and delete my account. After 20 minutes 5€ is withdrawn from my bank account by taxiplon without me receiving any service? I try reaching support but nobody answers. What is this trickery?
