Scam app
This all charged me 90 euro for a ride that didn’t show up and was supposed to only be an estimated 18 euro ride. Do not use, this is a scam.
Cannot register
Problems with registration, like other review. First says SMS limit reached, then email is already registered on subsequent attempts. I tried password recovery too and it didn’t work. Might be a problem with +1 phone numbers

Reliable but extortionate
We booked with this company for a transfer to Marseille Provence airport because we were unsure there would be an Uber available early in the morning.
The car arrived on time, it was a lovely car, the driver was great, but the fare was ridiculous.
There were Uber’s available that morning and they would have charged us around €50-60. This fare ended up costing us about €100.

App won’t let me register.
App says I am already registered — I am not. But When I try a different email and phone it says I am blacklisted. Hahaha! anyway, was never able to register, and not able to use app.
UPDATE: after ten tries I was able to register. App worked perfectly as expected.

Worst receptionist ever (satans side chick) -100/10 will never call again
So basically we were staying 3km outside of Aix-en Provence and were recommended this company by a trusted French local (family friend) needless to say we successfully used this company multiple times, they would come to our address with little problem despite a rather tricky driveway. HOWEVER some of our party decided to go into Aix one night to experience it's vibrant nightlife, unfortunately everything went downhill from there. Upon calling to request a taxi they were set upon, shall we say by a rude, blunt and unhelpful receptionist, despite using a fluent French speaker to book our taxi it never turned up. After calling to see where it was, we were abruptly hung up on, literally no idea if a taxi was going to turn up. An hour later still no taxi. So thinking of going with another company we called for the last time to check there definitely was one not coming as would not want to book 2 taxis. The woman was so unhelpful to this day we don't know if a taxi was ever sent, we didn't get to enjoy aix and felt belittled and patronised, treated like children despite being polite as possible. All in all I would not recommend this company, the drivers are lovely but the woman who distributes them is horrible, nasty and complacent. We are hugely disappointed and will not be using this company again or recommending it to anyone else. If you want to order a taxi and then spend around 2 days deliberating on wether it will actually turn up, this company is for you. -100/10 not reliable at all #thewomanneedsanattitudecheck literally do not use this company.
