Los coches y los chauffeur perfecto. El dispatch pésimo. Me llamaron a las 0455 para regañarme que mi teléfono no estaba conectado. Un horror esta gente por teléfono, que lástima. Borre la app en seguida.

First of all, there is no app support page, if you click on app support from at the App Store, it will send you to a TaxiClass webpage that says error 404. The apps user interface is lacking, there is no way to track a driver that has been assigned to you, there is also no way to contact The Driver when he’s on the way to you, and there are many times when the application simply glitches out and every time you try to click something it gives you an error or it says that you just can’t load anything right now, and it always says that it’s a server side error, which directly means that they are at fault for the poor quality of the app and its ability to service users, and furthermore: if you tried to get a taxi and it starts glitching out around the time you press confirm ride, and you try to cancel because the whole app doesn’t work and doesn’t show any current reserved rides and only shows errors (500/serversidetaciclasserror), the driver will still come. And then since you don’t need the ride, they deduct 22 euros from you because you still reserved it even though you had basically no way of knowing if you had someone coming or not. Don’t use and don’t try to. Would give -22/5 stars if I could
