Taxi never showed up despite saying they would arrive in 3 minutes for an hour. Needed to call twice before someone finally showed up. Worst airport taxi experience.
The worst
The app is broken. I am writing this review from the back of the taxi I had preordered while the app is still saying it is searching for a car. Yes, I have restarted the app twice already. This is not the first time this has happened. Ridiculous

I downloaded the app and used it to book a taxi for this morning that never turned up despite several calls to customer service. Wasted more than an hour of precious time.

Great service, and professional. I feel safe using taxi kurir. I’ll definitely use it again and recommend to my friends. The app is convenient, specially for pre-booked services.
Some bookings are delayed or missed
This is far, far, off Uber or any similar services. App works fine technically with good interface but there is still the need for the services switchboard and the driver to interact. After having having used it appr. 20 times maybe 15-20% of all bookings are erroneous.

Used it three times, first two worked beautifully, third didn't show up, called them, they didn't really care, almost missed my plane. Won't use again.

Awesome app! Was able to use it with my work travel account, friends used it when visiting out of town and so easy to add promotional codes for discount. Just took pic of my card before hand & didn't have to do anything when the taxi ride was done. Let's you see your driver real time so didn't have to go out in the rain and stare down every can that drove by, hoping it was them. Will keep using. To easy, not to.

In Stockholm this is much better than uber. Great service at a good price.
Does what it's supposed to do!
Straight forward, intuitive, no unnecessary buttons/options. Takes away the hassle of having to call for a cab. And more importantly - the taxi arrived on time as requested!

I don't have any real complaints about this app, but I think more of my colleagues would use it if the interface had an English option. The current UI is Swedish only.
nice app if you are fluent in swedish
a a foreign visitor to stockholm, thought this would be a good app to have which allows you to book taxis and show the price. unfortunately the whole thing is in Swedish and so dont really know what most of the options are. i guess a lot of foreignors might find this useful so how about a translation option. looks like a good app but cant give it more than one star as cant try it out.
