Mình đi dùng thẻ green card, tài xế thường xuyên nhập quá số tiền so vs bảng km mà k báo gì vs khách (đã tính phí vào cổng, sân bay, ...). Ít thì 30-50k, nhiều thì 100k. Nchung nếu kp dùng thẻ gc thì không bao giờ đi

No frills app, but I was able to use it and get a pick up in an area where grab didn’t service. So sure, some updates are warranted, but it got the job done!

Uber figured out how to provide a superb app, seamless payment and great customer experience in 2009.
It’s 2022 and Mai Linh still hasn’t figured it out.
You can’t even trust if the auto payment with credit card will work properly.
Bank shows transaction gone trough and driver says he still wants money.
A disgrace to the Vietnamese people.
I think I still have to use apps like Grab and Be because I’m sure Mai Linh will take about 12 more years to get this done properly. If they are even relevant in 2034.

Đặt qua app thì giá tiền là 503 ngàn, đi được một đoạn thì tài xế kiếm cớ không đi nữa, đồng hồ hiển thị 140 ngàn. Anh ta yêu cầu tổng đài sang xe, sau khi sang Anh ta nói với tài xế mới trả trước cho Anh ta 140 ngàn, khách sẽ thanh toán khi đến nơi. Khi qua xe mới thì Anh ta không tính theo app nữa mà tính theo đồng hồ trên xe. Kết quả là 455 ngàn nữa cho đến điểm dừng. Tổng tiền lúc này là 595 ngàn, chênh lệch 92 ngàn. Thật là một dịch vụ móc túi hoàn hảo.
