INCONVENIENT
As an international traveler, I find it highly inconvenient that the Vinasun application requires a Vietnamese mobile number solely for registration and taxi booking purposes. Many tourists depend on roaming services or foreign SIM cards while visiting Vietnam, and this requirement creates unnecessary difficulties for legitimate customers attempting to use your service.
I would strongly encourage Vinasun to consider the example set by Bluebird Taxi in Indonesia, whose application supports international mobile numbers seamlessly and provides a significantly more traveler-friendly experience. Enhancing support for foreign users would greatly improve the overall customer experience for international visitors to Vietnam.

Bản thân mình rất muốn ủng hộ hàng việt nam, nhưng app khó xài, giật lag, ux khó hiểu, nên đành sử dụng grab, green sm, hy vọng bản cập nhật tới sẽ được mượt hơn

Các tính năng cơ bản của xe công nghệ đã có nhưng chỉ dừng ở chức năng đặt xe. Chưa có cuốc nào đặt mà đi đúng cước đã báo. Mới lên xe là tài xế đã bảo đi đường theo ứng dụng kẹt xe thì khách phải tự chịu, tôi xác nhận mấy lần tôi đi hoài, thậm chí kẹt chẳng sao cũng liên tục nhắc lại. Lần sau đặt cuốc khác thì dù đã có giá nhưng khi lên xe tài xế tự động bấm đồng hồ. Chúng tôi bảo là chạy theo ứng dụng bấm làm gì thì tài trả lời theo quy định vẫn tính theo app. Nhưng đến nơi thì lại báo giá theo đồng hồ (chênh hơn 140K khoảng 50%). Chúng tôi rất không hài lòng nhưng nghĩ lần cuối đi Vinasun nên cũng thanh toán thẻ theo đồng hồ. Cuối cùng Vinasun phát hành hoá đơn theo app. Phải liên hệ hỏi tại sao phát hành hoá đơn không khớp thanh toán nhiều ngày mới xong. Tôi không ngại giá cao hơn công nghệ, khi cần tôi vẫn chọn vì công việc nhưng nếu gian manh, không trung thực thì chính Vinasun tự hại chính mình!
