Scammers and Inconsistent Service
The app frequently does not work. It coincidentally was not working recently on a Friday night when people are more likely to need a taxi. The driver decided to just make up his own price at the end of the trip which was 2-3 times higher than any normal taxi service for the distance. The same driver initially lied about me accidentally leaving a personal item in his car. Then, when he finally decided he found the item, the company charged me to return it. This is not a company you can trust. No basic human dignity. Would not recommend.
