Was left for days
I truly had the worst experience!! My flight was disrupted due to an emergency landing and truly was left for days in a country with no food, hotel and to be honest if i didnt fight for a resolution i would still be stuck where I was!! I can honestly say i would never wish this experience on anyone!! If you need to travel i would advise you to literally be cautious

Scam App
Definitely a scam application. You cannot speak to an actual service rep and they cheated me out of 400 dollars/wasted an entire day of my life. Despite the “connection protection”, they do not honor their promises and should be shut down by the USDOT for fraud. Same goes for Frontier airlines, as I purchased ticked through kiwi for this airline and they also did not honor the purchase. I was able to speak to my credit card company for a charge back, but this whole experience really opened my eyes to how discerning you need to be with trusting companies you’ve never used before. AVOID KIWI AT ALL COSTS.
