Never again

Booked a flight through them and on my way to the airport received an email that they weren’t able to book the flight. Which was done days before. Don’t risk it !

FAQ

What does the Kiwi.com app do?

The app helps users find and book cheap flights, trains, and buses. It offers unique routing options like throwaway ticketing, self-transfer, and hidden cities to find lower prices. Users can also manage their bookings, access travel documents offline, and receive price alerts.

How does Kiwi.com find cheap flights?

Kiwi.com uses proprietary technology to combine flights from different carriers and find routes that other sites may not show. This includes strategies like 'throwaway ticketing' and 'hidden cities' to offer lower fares than traditional one-way or direct bookings.

Is the Kiwi.com app free to use?

The app itself is free to download and use for searching and booking travel. While the app is free, the cost of flights, trains, and buses will vary depending on the route and booking details. There may be in-app purchases for additional services or upgrades.

What kind of travel documents can I access offline?

You can access all your important travel documents offline through the app. This includes your itinerary, boarding documents, and any other relevant booking information, ensuring you have access to your travel details even without an internet connection.

What are the benefits of the Kiwi.com Guarantee?

The Kiwi.com Guarantee is offered to provide stress-free travel. While the specifics aren't detailed, it implies that booking with this guarantee offers added security and support for your travel plans, especially when using their unique self-transfer or hidden city routing options.
