Bad communication

Just book through the airlines directly. My trip will not help or communicate if a flight is rescheduled or canceled.

Pay the extra money, don’t book with them

Horrible user interface. Impossible to find boarding pass. I wish I had not booked my flights with them. WOULD NOT TRUST THEM IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY AT ALL. Do not use this app ever.

Terrible customer service ruined my honeymoon and left us stranded at foreign airport with no way home raised complaint and said would get refund but month later no sign of refund not replying to any emails
