Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This App
Absolutely rubbish. I would never use this app again. When there is a problem with your flight, no one actually helps you or gives you a clear answer. Very disappointing customer service. I strongly recommend booking directly with the airline instead.
Very confusing
Didn’t give me the option that the airline would have given me when booking my flight. I could have booked my luggage a lot cheaper and easier if I had booked it directly with the airline. Not helpful at all when trying to book medical equipment to take on board. I think that this is probably down to the airline. Neither Mytrip.com or the airline were helpful. Ryanair and easyJet are so much more accommodating

I was worried about my refund process, but Mytrip kept updating the information from Airline every step, and I could get full refund safely. Thanks for your care for customers.

Just turn up to airport after booking. Been turn down. This is a scam.
