I was kind of hesitant to use my trip at first but they have been nothing but professional and helpful thank you for making my trip so easy!
Absolutely unacceptable refund experience
I have been waiting for my refund for OVER TWO YEARS, and this has become completely unacceptable. Every time I contact Mytrip, I get the same response: “Please wait 24–48 hours,” “your case has been escalated,” or “we need more time.”
I have waited days, weeks, months, and now YEARS. I contact customer service, they promise to review or prioritize my case, I wait longer than the time they give me, and when I come back, I get another excuse and another request to wait.
After more than two years, I still do not have my money. At this point, I don’t want another apology or another 24–48 hour promise. I want my refund.
This is by far one of the most frustrating customer-service experiences I have ever had. Customers should not have to chase a company for years to receive money that belongs to them.
I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking through Mytrip, especially if there is any possibility you may need a refund

싼게 다가 아닙니다 속지마세요
제가 분명 일본여행을 예약하고 24시간이내에 환불하면 수수료가 없다해서 환불 요청을 했더니 무슨 지네 수수료만해도 비행기값이상이라 인심쓰는척 환불 안해준다며 배째는형식으로 답변이 옵니다 자꾸 이해합니다 기다려달라 이것만 반복하고 결국은 비행사 탓을 하는데 비행사에서는 24시간 이내 환불 요청을 하면 수수료없다는거를 증명 해줘도 지들은 모른다 항공사에 직접 연락해서 해결하라는 식입니다 진짜 눈뜨고 코베였네요 절대 스카이스캐너에서 가격싼것만 보지 마시고 돈을 조금 더 내더라도 네임드 있는 사이트를 추천합니다 다시는 이런 일이 발생하지 않았으면 하는 마음으로 리뷰를 남깁니다.이렇게 하다간 오래 못갑니다.대표님.

대행사 마음대로 일정 변경
여행 일정 확정되고 이티켓도 받았는데 막상 공항에 도착하니 예약일자가 다음날로 되어있어 매우 당황했습니다 어플에서도 여행당일 일정이 나왔지만 공항 수속측에서 확인한 바 내일일정으로 잡혀있다고 안내받고 바로 대행사측 연락을 하였지만 해줄 수 있는게 없다는 답변을 받았습니다

They catch you with cheap prices and then send you a million emails to try get you add stuff on. Which I did. I bought and paid for the “add-on” of checking in online. When the flights came around “online check in failed” you will need to check in at the airport, exactly what I paid to avoid. No way to get the money back, so definitely do not use. Not recommended

Don't book a flight with this company
Absolutely terrible experience with MyTrip. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The refund process has been extremely frustrating, with poor communication, conflicting information, and endless delays. I even had to involve my bank and seek legal advice to try to resolve the issue.
Based on my experience, I found MyTrip to be unreliable, unprofessional, and very difficult to deal with. I would never book with this company again.
Do not ever book with this company. I cannot recommend MyTrip to anyone based on my experience.

Just book through the airlines directly. My trip will not help or communicate if a flight is rescheduled or canceled.

Pay the extra money, don’t book with them
Horrible user interface. Impossible to find boarding pass. I wish I had not booked my flights with them. WOULD NOT TRUST THEM IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY AT ALL. Do not use this app ever.
