Terrible Support & Holding My Money Hostage!
> "My experience with Flight Network has been an absolute nightmare. Their customer service and after-sales support are completely useless. Every time I contacted them, they kept changing the waiting period: first they said 5-10 days, then 10-15 days, then 15-20 days, and most recently they shamelessly told me to wait 90 days!
> They did not help track or coordinate anything with the airline, forcing me to deal with the airline completely on my own. When AirAsia officially confirmed that the refund was already processed and sent to Flight Network since the 30th of last month, this app claimed no funds were received. Whenever I asked for proper proof or documentation, they covered up the information, gave excuses, and abruptly cut off the chat every single time.
