After one year of trying to get my refund. They said I would receive it in two weeks. It has now been years and I’m still waiting & emailing them.

Wichtige Infos wie die Stornierung eines Fluges, werden in der App gar nicht angezeigt. Oft kommt das Update erst Tage später… Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Nie wieder mit Gotogate!!

The airline already processed the refund. Let me repeat that: the airline refunded the money. Yet somehow, Gotogate continues to act as if this is not their responsibility, and like they never received any refund repeatedly pushing me back to TAAG fully aware that TAAG will not deal with me directly because I didn't book through them. This is simply theft. They claim my booking changed (and therefore it's technically active) yet my itinerary has been cancelled for almost over a month.

موقع لا يتجاوب معك يوجد رقم للتواصل رقم من لندن لكن عندما تتصل يأتيك مشغول ، هناك وسيلة تواصل وحيدة إلا وهي المحادثه لكن تستغرق ساعات والى الآن انا لم استلم تذاكر سفري
