They sold me a ticket with someone else’s name for $400 and I was not able to board my flight.
Passenger details change while booking
Booked a flight. Wrote all my passenger details in correctly. Once I get the booking email confirmation they’ve changed my date of birth and passport expiration date. What a disgrace. If I wasn’t paying attention to the confirmation I would have been stranded.

THIS IS FRAUD—KIWI CANCELLED MY RETURN FLIGHT AND KEPT MY MONEY
I booked flights through Kiwi.com from Toronto to Calgary and back. I needed an earlier arrival in Calgary, so I cancelled my Toronto-to-Calgary flight and booked a replacement. I did NOT request cancellation of my return flight.
Kiwi cancelled my Calgary-to-Toronto flight anyway, without notifying me. Their website did not state that cancelling the outbound flight would automatically cancel the return. There was no clear warning explaining that I would lose both flights.
Now they refuse to refund the return flight they cancelled. They have kept my money for a flight I never asked them to cancel.
Customer support has been useless—no meaningful help, no reasonable explanation, and no accountability. How can you cancel a flight without the customer requesting it, provide no warning, and then refuse to return their money?
This is a completely unacceptable way to treat paying customers. I will never book through Kiwi again.

Payments don’t work. Hard to checkout
They have the option for Apple Pay but don’t work. They have card, but failed several times before going through. The PayPal is not even reachable. I got stuck on the payment screen before it finally accepted my payment. I only used twice for bookings, first time they weren’t able to get my tickets, so I get credit. Second time I wanted to use the credit, and had to face an ordeal to make use of it. There is not going to be third one

Scammers & Zero Support
Avoid Kiwi.com at all costs! They sold me an operationally impossible self-transfer itinerary and completely refused to adjust it to a viable flight. To make matters worse, their support admitted in writing that they offer NO guaranteed response time or real-time assistance if you get stranded at the airport during busy holiday periods. They sell defective routes and leave you completely stranded on the day.

Avoid using Kiwi
It s all fun and nice until your flight gets cancelled. Then you will have to deal with Kiwi which responds really slowly instead of dealing directly with your Flight!
What happened?
I used to love kiwi and use it frequently, but kiwi is just not a money saver anymore. It can probably still help you book flights, but for my past few trips I check kiwi first, then I’ll check google flights as well. Every time kiwi is 30-50% more expensive than the flight I find from just light googling. Kiwi has really lost its touch and it’s such a shame. It just takes up space on my phone. If you are looking for the cheapest and best flights, look elsewhere.

Use other platforms
Worst platform to deal with. Book two connecting flight air line decided to delay the first flight by 3 days which means i would not be there for the second flight. When I spoke to the customer service they advised cancellation for both got near to nothing as refund and they don’t respond to anything.

the BEST APP for traveling (specially with multiple connections)
INCREDIBLE!! I honestly can’t recommend this app more. Made my trip from Colombia to Europe so easy with multiple connections. I loved how Kiwi does the check-ins for me, and also organizes my itinerary QR codes, gates, everything. This app even knew the gate I was going to have before the airport screens!! wow really, my new favorite travel app

受託手荷物の有無が適当
スカイスキャナーで欲しい便のチケット調べるとkiwiしかチケットの取り扱いをしてなかったので仕方なく初めて使いました。
しかしオプション(受託手荷物)の有料と無料の表示が適当だと思います。
中国東方航空の乗り継ぎ便を買いましたが受託手荷物は無料のはずなのに有料で26000円と表示されてました。
とりあえず無料なことを信じて購入後に中国東方航空に問い合わせるとやはり受託手荷物は23キロが2個まで無料と言われました。
kiwi側が間違ってます。
あとkiwiは領収書は発行されるけどeチケットは発行されません。
そのためeチケットナンバーが分からない状態でした。
私の場合は中国東方航空のアプリに自動で予約情報が同期されてたのでそこからeチケットナンバーが分かりました。
口コミを見ると受託手荷物ありで買ったのに当日行ったらついてなかったなんてあってかわいそうです。
受託手荷物がある方は必ず前もって航空会社に確認した方がいいです。

They pretend you can check in via the app to force the install but they can’t check you in. Complete waste of time.

This company stole $400 from me and ended up costing me $1500 from their mistakes. Not my first time using the app, they gave me a ticket under someone else’s name and I couldn’t get on my flight. They refused a refund and I got stuck in the airport. Don’t use!!!!
Overcharged Luggage by $150
Purchased additional luggage for $190. Friend who booked the same flight got luggage for $49 at the airport. He also booked through Kiwi. This company sucks.

Bought tickets with kiwi. Never again. They claim they’ll book you in, but they actually don’t.
I’ve arrived to the airport with my 7yo, and had to pay extra almost 50£ for I wasn’t in the system. Got the invoice and sent it to the support immediately. Straight from the airport. They got back to me almost a month later with apologies and no refund.

Система настроена так чтоб обманывать вас. Если вы за 50€ не купили услугу поддержки то вам не внесут элементарные изменения в рейс и вы теряете все. Места на борту они продают х2 от цены авиакомпании. Сегодня они меня просто забыли зарегистрировать на рейс и не забронировали место у аварийного выхода которое я им оплатил. Поддержки клиентов ноль
