安いだけでダメ
今回スカイスキャナーで調べるとkiwiしかチケットの取り扱いをしてなかったので初めて使いました。
しかしオプションの有料と無料の表示が適当だと思います。
中国東方航空の成田→上海、その後の国内線同士もどのクラスでも受託手荷物は無料のはずなのに有料で26000円と表示されてました。
有料のはずがないのでそのままなしにして購入しましたがやはり不安ですね。
しかも領収書は発行されるけどeチケットは発行されません。
メールに書いてある「eチケットをダウンロード」を押してもアプリに飛ぶだけでeチケットは表示されません。
なので予約番号すら分からない状態です。
ネットで口コミを見てサービスは最悪だというのは知ってたので当日まで不安です。
最悪の場合、航空券が予約できてない可能性もあります。

Numerous rather large errors
I do not usually leave reviews, and try to make them positive when I do, though man, was this a terrible experience booking with Kiwi. Have not seen my wife in weeks, we book through Kiwi. Credit card charge and confirmation go through. She gets to the airport, the airline has no ticket booked. Kiwi charged without booking the airline ticket...my wife spends the next 2 hours at the airport trying to get ahold of ANYONE from Kiwi. 24/7 chat line entirely unresponsive, no one picking up on the phone. Both quite large failures, that really show systemic problems with the company. Strongly avoid

Kiwi charged my card but the airline has no record of the flight I booked. I had to rebook at an increased price and have lost the initial amount I paid.

Kiwi is basically a scam. If there is any problems with any flight they will not help at all and you are forced to talk to a chat bot. Never again will I use them. Never

All these 5 star reviews are FAKE FAKe FAKE. the absolute WORST travel app on here. There is ZERO customer service, like it doesn’t exist. You cannot add your known traveler id, the phone numbers don’t even work - just use a known app to book travel and pay the extra couple bucks to save yourself from the misery of using this app. It’s horrendous. I took one for the team for sure. Never again.

The worst flight booking experience i have ever had
I genuinely never had a worst experience. They told me my flight was confirmed until the day of the flight i find out they failed to pay for it on their side…. Never ever book through this

They never contract with their customer while isssue is on and unable to fix it. I have lost nearly 2 grand using their service.
Lies no refund
I bought a flight ticket from Boston to Europe through Kiwi. My trip was scheduled for December 28, 2025. Unfortunately, on December 27, I was admitted to the hospital and had emergency surgery to remove gallstones from my gallbladder.
I immediately requested an emergency refund and provided the necessary information, but Kiwi refused to refund my $500 ticket. I called them every week, but they rarely answered the phone. I also sent many emails, and they kept telling me to wait.
Finally, in July, they refunded only $80 and kept the remaining $420. In my opinion, they took my money unfairly. God will judge this company.
I do not recommend buying tickets through Kiwi. Based on my experience, if you need an emergency refund, do not expect fair treatment.

Book with airline, dont be a fool like me
Booked simple Paris to Athens flight with Kiwi to try the service. Takes up to 24 hours to confirm booking. Booking got confirmed and then Kiwi sends message about flight time change 8 hours difference within EU. First issue, Kiwi cant produce PNR recognised by airline. So you can’t talk to airline and change booking to original time. Second issues, you can only cancel, meaning you won’t be seeing your refund. Lastly, the flight with original time is sold Kiwi for extra price 40 euro, 5 mins after the flight change time and is available directly with airline for the original price. Airline would have gladly changed it for you for free or returned money. Kiwi takes your money and doesn’t provide any service. Call your bank and ask for transaction reversal and contact local ombudsman for dodgy commercial practices.

They never reply promptly nor properly. Lie and refuse the refund. You never get the refund because they do not work for you and you cannot contact their decent service centre.

Awful service
I purchased the tickets with layover in GB and after several hours realized that I need a visa. So I cancelled the flight and asked about refund. Same day! But they ignored my cancellation request and did not process it. I have all the proofs. It’s already half a year I can’t to get a refund from them because of their mistake.

The worst ever
The worst app ever i would never use it again , it is a legal scamming app not a travel app , and if you are very lucky you will get a response from their ai agent support after the guaranteed issue that you will face ( cancellations , delays … )
Fraud
Very disappointed with this company. They took my payment but have refused to refund my money despite multiple requests. Customer service has been unhelpful and keeps delaying the process. I would not recommend doing business with them until they resolve their refund issues.
