مره طلبت من هذا التطبيق من جوال أمي و وقال الحساب و أخذ اكثر من المبلغ بي 14 ريال و تم ارجاعه و لكن ما قدرت استخدم يلي في المحفظه تطبيق يستاهل نجمه واحده

لو في أقل من نجمه كان حطيتها تطبيق فاشل جداً استفدت مرتين يمكن وصلني وبعدين صار يدور ولا يطلع شي تطبيق غبي

Super bad application

I used the application going from the hotel to the airport. The price was 57 SR , when arrival to the terminal , the driver asked me how to pay, I told him by credit , he asked 104 . I told him how was the different, he said you see his monitor [ the meter ] is written as he mentioned. I spoke to customer service by phone and chat and instead of helping me , they give me a lesson how to to do and how to pay . The car was soo dirty. Application is not recommended at all .
