غير مقبول ذاك
ينسحب المبلغ اكثر من الطبيعي ؟؟ لمن اوصل احصل المبلغ اقل كيف كذا
استغفال للمستخدمين واسعار تقديرية تتفاجا بها عند الوصول لوجهتك
تجربتي مع التطبيق كانت سيئة طلبت تكسي لمسافة حوالي 10 كيلو وكان السعر الظاهر بالتطبيق 21 ريال واخترت الدفع كاش قبل الوصول بحوالي 2 كيلو السائق اختار طريق أطول شوي وفيه إشارات وما اهتميت للموضوع لكن عند الوصول تفاجأت إن الحساب صار 30 ريال دفعتها وكلمت خدمة العملاء أسألهم ليش السعر كان 21 وصار 30 وقالوا لي إن الـ21 ريال مجرد سعر تقديري وممكن يزيد حسب المسافة ومدة الوقوف وحتى عند الدفع عبر الشبكة اعتقد انك راح تدفع مرة ثانية عند الوصول لان حسب كلامهم سعر تقديري
المشكلة إن هذا الشيء ما كان واضح أبدا قبل بداية الرحلة والسعر كان ظاهر لي 21 ريال بدون توضيح واضح إنه سعر تقديري وممكن يزيد بالنهاية أنا كعميل إذا شفت السعر 21 ريال أتوقع هذا هو السعر اللي بدفعه أو على الأقل يكون واضح جدا إنه ممكن يرتفع
بصراحة التجربة ما عجبتني وأفضل استخدام Uber أو أي تطبيق معروف يعطيك سعر أوضح قبل بداية الرحلة ويحترم العميل
تم حذف حسابي بالتطبيق وسيتم حذف التطبيق بعد كتابة التقييم
My experience with this app was not good I booked a taxi for around 10 km and the price shown in the app was 21 SAR and I chose cash payment About 2 km before reaching the destination the driver took a slightly longer route with more traffic lights and I didnt really care about it but when we arrived the fare was 30 SAR instead of 21 SAR so I paid it and contacted customer service to ask why the price was 21 and then became 30
They told me that the 21 SAR was only an estimated fare and the final price can increase depending on the distance and waiting time They also told me that even if you pay by card you may have to pay again when you arrive because the price shown in the app is only an estimate
The problem is that this was not clear at all before starting the trip The app showed 21 SAR without clearly saying that this was only an estimate and could increase At the end as a customer if I see 21 SAR I expect to pay 21 SAR or at least I should be clearly informed that the price may increase
Honestly I was not happy with the experience and I would rather use Uber or another well known taxi app that gives clearer pricing before the trip and respects its customers
My account has been deleted and I will also delete the app after posting this review

مره طلبت من هذا التطبيق من جوال أمي و وقال الحساب و أخذ اكثر من المبلغ بي 14 ريال و تم ارجاعه و لكن ما قدرت استخدم يلي في المحفظه تطبيق يستاهل نجمه واحده
اسوء برنامج
لو في أقل من نجمه كان حطيتها تطبيق فاشل جداً استفدت مرتين يمكن وصلني وبعدين صار يدور ولا يطلع شي تطبيق غبي
Super bad application
I used the application going from the hotel to the airport. The price was 57 SR , when arrival to the terminal , the driver asked me how to pay, I told him by credit , he asked 104 . I told him how was the different, he said you see his monitor [ the meter ] is written as he mentioned. I spoke to customer service by phone and chat and instead of helping me , they give me a lesson how to to do and how to pay . The car was soo dirty. Application is not recommended at all .

البرنامج فاشل اطلب خمس مرات كل شوي يقول تم الغاء الطلب يرفض المندوب الطلب ما انصحكم فيه برنامج فاشل ياليت يحذفونه
مشاكل في البرنامج
ارجو عمل تحديث للبرنامج يعلق كثير والطلب ما يوصل الا متأخر للسائق حاولوا تهتموا شويه في البرنامج للفائدة خاصة داخل المدن الكبيرة مثل الرياض والغربية بشكل عام والشرقية بشكل عام
عندي مشكله في التطبيق
التطبيق بعد كل تحديث في كل مره اكمل تسجيل دخولي وادخل معلوماتي يكتب لي حدث خطأ نرجو حل المشكله كي نقدر نستعمل التطبيق لتوصيل
