Their drivers may be using multiple apps I have ordered from them and Driver is going opposite direction when you message them and ask them. Why are you going in opposite direction, the driver says if you’re in a hurry cancel this happened to me multiple times the drivers know that they will get paid almost the full fair. Better use some other app.

Drivers always ask for more than listed in app and don’t use map
The app is very poorly designed
None of the drivers use the map. What is the point of me imputing pick up and drop off if they’re not going to listen to it.
Plus, the prices in the app are also wrong. The drivers always ask for more, typically double.

Contacted the customer service to ask about few things in the app , they replied after 2 hours with wrong answers. A very bad start. Will never try it

Very pleasant drivers!
Horrible
The price shown on the order is so affordable but when u get there the price is completely different. Its like they let anyone work, the drivers dont take care of their cars, the cars honestly smell like cigarettes, sweat and the most unpleasant one is feet. They’re always taking too long to reach you and cancel randomly. Overall the app is horrible, it needs alot of fixing, and many protocols before a driver starts working under them. I wish i could rate it -10 but 1 should suffice.
