No customer service

Contacted the customer service to ask about few things in the app , they replied after 2 hours with wrong answers. A very bad start. Will never try it

الاسعار مش منطقيه ابداً. بطلب سياره و بحدد الموقع بكون السعر واضح و لكن بس اوصل عالمكان السعر بيزداد ٦٠ الى ٧٠ قرش زياده. تم الغاء التطبيق

Horrible

The price shown on the order is so affordable but when u get there the price is completely different. Its like they let anyone work, the drivers dont take care of their cars, the cars honestly smell like cigarettes, sweat and the most unpleasant one is feet. They’re always taking too long to reach you and cancel randomly. Overall the app is horrible, it needs alot of fixing, and many protocols before a driver starts working under them. I wish i could rate it -10 but 1 should suffice.

Doesn’t work

I tried signing up for the app & it keeps telling me my phone number isn’t valid. I tried someone else’s number and same thing. Very disappointed

Hey there! We are checking on the issue you're facing with the phone number validation during sign-up. To help resolve this, please try switching off and restarting the application, or even reinstalling it. In some regions, verification codes may be sent via WhatsApp or Viber instead of SMS, so ensure you have one of those messaging apps installed on the same number and check your messages there.
