Very buggy and bad experience
Nobody counted some edge cases as if i made account with a phone number before and forgot pass and email, it cannot let me make account with the same phone number now and it doesnt give a hint what is the email or anything also cant log with phone number. Pretty bad application sorry completely dissatisfied

Poor customer experience
App payment unsuccessfully, payed the driver in the car, yet TaxiMe refuse to recognise the fare has been paid and the driver is lying he ever took money. Customer service has become unresponsive. Terrible experience, very disappointed with the vendor.
Horrible app
The price is defined after the trip based on the distance and time in the road. Oh my God. It’s such a bad concept. Driver just saw, that I’m foreigner and picked absurd route. And in the end of the trip just turned into wrong direction making view like he’s searching for the destination point. It’s such a horrible concept, which noone uses for years and years. Drivers just abuse this and you can’t do anything as they do not even know English. Actually the worst taxi experience in my life.

scamming the drivers
The app is good and I can’t complain about it. However, once I marked that I am ready to pay higher tip and was then told that the driver receives only a tiny fraction of it.
Guys, don’t steal so much money from the driver. It should be at least 50/50.

App is ok, but driver policies are ridiculous!
The app works great, but the drivers policies are ridiculously! There is never a taxi available if you do not pay extra! I’d rather pay for the premium competitors!

Very glitchy
App is very glitchy and loads very slow. Yesterday it entered a crash loop that I can’t get out if even after reinstalling the app and rebooting the phone.

Unreliable app
I’m trying to reset my password, the app says it cannot find a user with that email address. I try to create a new account with the same email, the app says this email is already taken. Tried creating a new account with a different email address, I fill in all of the details, hit submit but just see the loading circle for a second and then nothing happens. I literally cannot create or log in to an account so I can use your service.

Worst drivers ever
Got scammed from one of their drivers at Sofia airport. He promised me 25lv for the trip but then at the end demanded 50lv. When l asked what made the price go up he didn’t explain himself. Dangerous and reckless driving, swearing during the trip were common occurrences during the trip. If you ever need their services just choose another company!

Avoid at all costs
If you need a taxi service you can depend on, this is NOT it. I booked a cab through the app, needing to travel by train to the other side of the country. In the overnight sleeper. I had one suitcase and a fold up tiny bike.
I left 30 minutes spare in case anything went wrong.
The taxi turned up 15 minutes late after hanging around on the other side of an 8 lane junction.
We put the bike into the boot without any issue. As I said, when folded up its small. Then as I was about to put the suitcase on the back seat the driver went bonkers for no reason. He said this was unacceptable.
I explained that since he was so late, he was about to leave me stranded in Sofia with no acomodation and unable to get my train.
He shrugged and said “that’s your problem”
It’s not 23:10 and I’m trying to find somewhere to stay.

Avoid
20 minutes you are ordering you are giving extra tip and there is nobody to pick up you its the capital of the country and yet 5 different solutions there are no taxis to take your order very disappointing
Baggage option
They offer an option for luggage, but the cars that arrive are regular sedans. What’s funny is that half of the trunk is taken up by a gas tank. Ridiculous…
Doesn’t work
Terrible application. I can’t even create an account. It says account already exists even though I tried three different emails. When I try to login it says account doesn’t exist. Unusable
Total misunderstanding
The application is not available at rainy day. I can book taxi at all and there is no communication with anyone to explain is it possible to order or not at the moment
