Taxis refuse to pick up
I ordered a taxi during a metro strike. It took twice as long to arrive as stated and then the driver refused to stop, saying I had to phone. (Not that it should matter, but I’m a middle-aged businessman and I was wearing a suit). No response to my email.
Crap!!!
Utter rubbish app!! Can’t make account...keeps saying “try again later”. Easy to order taxi from your hotel reception! Other European countries have great apps...not this one though!
