I always use Taxi Mke to get my kids to School because with Uber/Lyft they have to be 18+. That part I appreciate. What I don’t like is the wait times. Please have more drivers in the morning in the 53223 area code. Thank you!

Scheduled taxi pickup a week in advance. I was waiting at the arranged time/location, but there was no cab. I waited 40 minutes and the cab never came. I called for assistance and they just said there were no cabs in my area. Ended up just using Uber and had a way better experience.
Pointless
You can order a cab and they will never show unless you’re at the casino uninstalling the app and I’m never calling them again I was stuck at work for over two hrs after I was off they lied for hrs knowing no one was coming smh dispatch is very rude also
Horrible app
This app does not update and it gives horrible information....was told my cab was 6 minutes away but it took cab 45 minutes to reach me...don’t waste time with app or company

Impossible to use
Not intuitive at all. I'm deleting it.
Waited 90 min, 3 calls, NO TAXI
Called 20 minutes in advance of requested pickup, taxi supposedly enroute. Had to call 3 more times to confirm a taxi was coming. They quit answering the phone. Very slow response. Waited 90 min. Ended up calling Yellow Cab. App never worked.
Should have tested app more
I can not select the type of vehicle I want for a ride. I have updated my account to have Vehicle Type be Sedan, but when I place my order that doesn’t transfer to the order. Also, I don’t see a way to add a payment method.
Pretty useless
Not only is this app fairly useless since you can't see how far away the closest taxis are, but it's also twice as expensive as Uber or Lyft. I just got a quote to go somewhere and got a $10 quote from uber and was quoted over $20 from this app for the same ride in a taxi, so basically it's not as simple as Uber or Lyft and costs twice as much to get anywhere.

Near worthless
Positioning information is difficult to use. Does not show positions of current taxis despite what the brochures they have at the hotels say. For all intents and purposes is just a dialer app, where you don't even know the name of the taxi company you are calling. Used it for a taxi from a hotel that is 3 miles from the airport early this morning. Took 2 calls and 20 minutes for the taxi to show up.
