I accidentally put money on a different city bus company in a state i do not live in & I am not able to transfer money back to the bus routes in my district
Issues with the app
I’ve been purchasing the 30 day pass for over a year now and have rarely had any issues that I have not been able to fix in under an hour. Though recently it has been telling me that when I try to sign in it says that an internal server has occured. From what I understand it is a problem within the system but everyone else I’ve asked that also uses the app has not had this problem.

Worst trip planner
If your trip uses more than 1 bus snd the buses don’t conveniently meet up in a timely manner Umo will tell you to take the shorter ride and then walk the difficult long part instead of suggesting you take a shorter ride and walk to catch the bus which is going to take you most of the way
