STOP FORGETTING THAT BUS ROUTES EXIST AT RANDOM
This app since forever loves to randomly forget that bus routes exist at random and will refuse to show it for periods of time, then it will remember randomly that it exists and show it. This problem makes the app extremely unreliable, and it seems that the people who make this app are too incompetent to fix it. The people that make this app also love to give a copy and paste response about how the bus times are controlled by the agency for the buses, which is a pathetic response since this app has access to the information it needs but will randomly not show it since it is a poorly made app.

Umo advantage
The biggest advantage for me using Umo is the life tracking. I can watch basically the two buses that cover each route at any given time. That enables me to know exactly when the bus arrives so I don’t miss it and if it’s slightly late, I don’t become frustrated. I also can load money and buy daily or monthly passes and use my phone to scan the fair.. That can be difficult at times depending on how the scanner/machine on the bus is angled.. Too much sun can’t see the scan code in the monitor.

All they are are crooks they logged me out of my account and when I try calling them I can’t get anyone I had to make another account using my email and then buy another bus pass I lost the money on the account with my phone number

Didn’t use phone for like 4 days , one swipe half of balance gone . I catch 1 bus I’m back to $1.25 ….. I took screenshots and from now on b4 boarding bus I’ll screen recording esp when I add new balance

Doesn’t tell you the time remaining on your transfers and doesn’t tell you how far you are from fare capping.

Good app with one little flaw
On my iPhone 15 Pro with a text size that is comfortable for me, the account balance box doesn’t expand to fit the view details and add more links, they just disappear. Hope this little bug gets fixed soon. I’m on the newest version that dropped very recently.

Unable to Use
Downloaded and re-downloaded the app several times and I keep getting stuck on a blank screen and a “something went wrong” message when I’m supposed to choose a country. Not sure what to do because the help site says to contact my local transit authority, but I don’t think they would have anything to do with bugs in the app. I have the most up to date version of iOS downloaded, so not sure what the issue could be.

Won't let me add money, and when deleted and reinstalled it won't even let me pick what country I'm from
Trouble registering
I am stuck on the “choose a country” screen and cannot move forward to sign up. It just has choose a country at the top and it’s a blank N.A. y blue screen for the rest. If you swipe down to refresh the page it shows “something went wrong” Please advise.

When I open the app I can’t choose the country, if I refresh it says something went wrong, is there any way to fix this?

Wildly inaccurate
The app hallucinates the buses coming. It added in three different times that the bus was coming while I was sitting at the bus stop. It told me that the bus was twelve minutes late only for the bus to show up four minutes late. Like I do every Saturday morning, I want to take the 15 and transfer to the 54, but the app doesn’t always show the two together. The transfer point is at the Milwaukee County Transit System building. How do the bus drivers even know when and where to get on the bus?!?

Once it gets to choose country it stopped working. How is someone supposed to use something that doesn’t work!
