I contacted developers 9 months ago who replied that they knew of the error and a fix was expected.
9 months later, still not working and advised that a fix will be released NB ext month. This didn't happen. As the app hasn't been updated in 6 years, I am not confident it will ever be resolved.

Useful but not great
On iOS user can not set the destination location from the map. Quite degraded UX
Would not recommend anymore
Absolutely unacceptable! I've been a loyal user of this app for years, but it's become completely useless. For months now, I can almost never get a taxi, even when there are clearly available cars. What's the point of this app if my orders are constantly ignored? It's infuriating to rely on a service that fails me every single time I need it.

Terrible app
App is old, slow and clunky, drivers rarely accept the request and even when they do they often cancel for no reason.

Поставила 2 звезды только из-за того, что это приложение! В Болгарии очень трудно с этим. В такси даже нет пос терминала. Но главный минус приложения, что когда ты вводишь адрес в поисковую строку - нет результатов! Даже с помощью карты нельзя ввести адрес. Огромный минус. И как заказывать такси?

Can’t check routes/prices in advance
Got this app in preparation for my trip to Sofia, Bulgaria, as I wanted to get an idea of taxi prices, and pre-book taxis. Annoyingly the app doesn’t work if you are outside of the location services by the company. So you can’t check prices or pre-book taxis in advance. I think this is a huge flaw if you are trying to attract out of town customers.

Има разправии с шофьорите, не искат плащане през приложението. Няма възможност за връзка с шофьора и се губи време, докато се намерите. Интерфейса е неинтуитивен.

Шибано приложение
Регистрирал съм се веднъж от друг телефон и щом се опитам да вляза от моя телефон с мобилния номер, пише, че този номер вече е регистриран и не дава никакви други опции какво да направя. Нито да се върна назад, нито да сменя парола или нещо такова...Недоизмислена работа!
Наемете си читави програмисти!
Още на екрана за логин се вижда колко некадърно е направен. Наемете си качествен персонал, тая схема с неопитните студенти отдавна не работи!

Някои сгради не са маркирани, предимно само улиците, затова ще е хубаво да се обнови с всички сгради.

Това с премиум колите е добро като идея, но шофьорите не могат да издадат касова бележка на реалната сума, на която е било пътуването, което го прави нерегламентиран превоз в някакъв смисъл. Давам 5 защото е най-доброто, но има какво да се желае.
The app is useful and it’s the best on the market. It’s not so much popular compared with others, and the drivers are few. There is an option to order premium car, which is more expensive, but if you want recipes it is impossible, ‘cause the amount is higher than the recipe. I give my 5 stars for its the best but I remind you have to upgrade.
