I got this app a few days ago. The educational material is very good. I like the feel and look of the app and I love how you can use the map to find new houses to be auctioned. Overall a great new app.

I'm using the data for Los Angeles, it's much more helpful to navigate through the registration process and visualize the properties locations with this app.

TaxSaleMap is super easy to use and makes finding tax lien and tax deed properties simple and fast. The maps, filters, and property details are all very clear.
