Go with H&R Block or Make sure you add every form yourself
Tax slayer says they auto generate child tax credit form when you list ur dependents but it doesn’t . When I filed it said I qualified for tax credit for my kids . I didn’t receive it called irs to see what the problem was and the lady said I never turned in the 1040 form with my taxes I was so confused as to why it never went through. So now I am amending my taxes and will have to wait 16 weeks (4month) for it to go through . It’s august so I won’t see that credit till possibly next year . I’m incredibly frustrated and upset I went with tax slayer instead of H&R Block this year .

Forget about trying to access or print your taxes! Logged in 20 times App just trying to EXTRACT MY OWN INFORMATION!Guess you better just plan to get your own transcript from the IRS!
Automatically Upcharged me
Charged me $140 dollars after I chose the $0 option does not make any sense and the customer service was no help in tracing the funds ! Not recommended
tried charging me 150$ for state taxes
just tried again and its still over priced, the other app im using now costs 55$... it costs more than the actual taxes costs

Kicked out numerous times. Can’t access docs already paid (a lot) for! Won’t let me download or view/print my returns.
The New Turbo Tax
Set up identically to turbo tax, but 1/5 the cost. Will be using them moving forward!
Terrible
Tax season is as predictable as it comes. If your systems can't handle the volume, you are clearly incompetent. Use TurboTax or something else that is actually available for use.

It is to complicated. Hardest tax software that I have ever used. I'll be going back to TurboTax next year.
Payment
I think $46.00 payment for a state return especially where I get zero money money back from the state and I’m 100% Disabled, I think is HORRIBLE!!!!!
