A LEDGER THAT ADDS UP Every receipt lands in a searchable ledger with running deductible totals by category, from meals and travel to hardware, software, office supplies, utilities and professional services. Mark items verified as you check them. EXPORT FOR YOUR ACCOUNTANT Produce a clean CSV for spreadsheets or bookkeeping software, or a formatted PDF audit statement with verification checksums. Both generated on the device. ENCRYPTED BACKUPS YOU CONTROL Back the vault up to a password-protected file using AES-GCM, with the key derived through PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 at 210,000 iterations and a random salt for every file. The password never leaves your device and is never sent to us, which also means nobody including us can recover it. Choose one you will not lose. STORED ON YOUR DEVICE Your ledger sits in the app's own storage with iOS complete file protection, Apple's hardware-backed encryption tied to your passcode.
