Great app but…

I have no issue with the app other than it is challenging to log in. Biometrics is supposed to speed things up, but for some reason the app forgets and I have to re-enter everything to log in. This makes it challenging when I am on the go. This is my only complaint.

Goofy staff

I tried to log on today to see when my payment was due, and the app looked totally different, I have been logging in for a year with Face ID only, today I could not! So I called customer support and asked “did you change your app, they said no” I told her well it’s different, she said it’s your device! I ask her if she smoked weed because my device is not going to make the whole app look different! She insisted it was my device! So I am just making payments over the phone till I have time to set up their NEW APP! They are horrible!!

Not good

The app is horrible. It is not user friendly, it makes building credit more difficult than it needs to be. I sincerely regret getting this card.

Not easy to setup additional ways to pay

I use multiple bank accounts and would like the option to add more than one payment method. Haven’t seen that with this app.

Too many glitches with mobile app

Took me 3 1/2 weeks to set up my mobile account then after setting up the mobile account I scheduled a payment that never posted to my account and then got hit with a $29 late charge for a car. I haven’t even used yet.
