Unable to open School fees receipt on IOS

Unable to open and download School fees receipt on this app. On older TBS it was easy however somehow TBES is missing this feature. Request Developer to please check.

Thank you for your feedback. There is no known issue with the application on iPhone devices, including newer models. In most cases, the "Login Successful, Menu Failed to Load" message occurs when the login credentials are incorrect, incomplete, or the account has not been configured correctly. Since reinstalling the app has not resolved the issue, we recommend contacting the School Administration directly so that your account details can be verified and any access-related issues can be resolved.
