Terrible app!
I honestly do not understand how a bank that claims to offer advanced financial services can have such a bad and awful application.
You really should invest some money into it, this is embarrassing.

Slow app interface needs to be like the super qi app fast and reliable, roday i lost money because of you i tranferred miney but the app is slow and i didint get the notification so i paid twice

Poor application, log in issues even if credentials are correct, i mean it opens on face ID normally then suddenly stopped, maybe I changed my face? All the bank's applications you can download bank statements easily. This app doesnt support it

This app is a total failure in every sense of the word and extremely poor. Both its design and content are confusing, and even apps made by beginners are more professional and useful than this one. Customer support is non-existent—you call and get no answer, you message them and receive no reply. If you suffer from low blood pressure, using this app is sure to raise it!”
تطبيق فاشل بكل معنى الكلمة،وسيء للغاية،فالشكل والمضمون يبعثان على الحيرة،حتى التطبيقات المبرمجة من قبل المبتدئيين اكثر احترافية وفائدة من هذا التطبيق ،خدمات التواصل مع الدعم : تتصل لا يوجد اجابة! تراسلهم لا تجد اجابة ،اذا كنت تعاني من انخفاض ضغط الدم فهذا التطبيق هو سبيلك لرفع الضغط

تطبيق مقارنة مع تطبيقات مصارف الأخرى مثل الطيف والرافدين تجده متأخراً جدا وتعاملته فيه محدودة جداً
Poor quality and not user friendly
TBI is one of reputed banks in iraq and the region it is unfortunate that we are living in 2025 and still not caring about Online Banking. There is huge space for improvement. And I have stopped using TBI because they lack proper Mobile banking , which I don’t think it would be a huge burden for a bank in the size of TBI to develop well designed and costumer friendly app.

Old version , UI/UX design issues
Please, update the app as other banks have an updated and modern version of a bank application. This one is really bad interms of not access effectivley to the application, login problem, not access to all different application function.It's disappointing to use an application of a bank that they advertise for themselves in such a way they are unique.

Bad experience with the app and the bank employees as always since my first time with this bank in 2018 till now November 17 2024

مع كل الاحترام للمصرف وادارته والتسهيلات المالية التي يقدمها للمواطنين..
إلا ان هذا التطبيق الخاص بالمصرف يعتبر نقطة سوداء كبيرة و تطبيق ليس له اي فائدة تقنية سوى معرفة الرصيد
خصوصا عندما يقارن بتطبيقات اخرى كتطبيق مصرف الرافدين و مصرف الطيف الاسلامي
هذا فضلا عن تعقيدات اجراء تثبيت التطبيق وربط البطاقة المصرفية وتفعيل الاشعارات التي يجب ان تتم بحضور المستخدم الى احد فروع المصرف واجراء معاملة مطولة ودفع رسوم ..
نتمنى من ادارة المصرف المحترم النظر بقضية هذا التطبيق وتسهيل اجرءآته التقنية
والتي يدعي بعض موظفيه انها وجدت لتأمين حساب المستخدم ؟؟!!!

تطوير التطبيق
نتمنى ان يكون التطبيق يمكن المستخدم من شراء بطاقات الشحن وبطاقات الدفع للتطبيقات كماهو الحال فيتطبيق كي كارد
ويمكن تفعيله من البيت دون الحاجة الى مراجعة المصرف
العالم في تطور والتطبيق لا يناسب التطور في الخدمات المصرفية
