Die Fahrrad Funktion ist komplett schlecht konzipiert. Es werden freie Stellplätze angezeigt obwohl sie nicht frei sind und die Rückgabe funktioniert oftmals nicht!
Pointless
As far as paying for trips, this app is pretty useless. They ought to make it much simpler so that you can just pay with your phone each trip. In New York City, the subway tracks your card, so the first 12 trips in any week are paid and any trips after that within the seven day period are free. that would be an easy fix to make here with simplify things a lot. And it would not require the administration of extra cards.

Payment didn’t work by Card details or Apple Pay
I am requesting a refund of the €72 fee, as I was unable to complete the required payment due to technical issues with your application.
As a tourist, I followed all the required procedures. I installed the application, created an account, and attempted to make the payment using the available payment methods. However, none of them worked.
When I entered my card details and tried to pay, I repeatedly received a "Service terminated" error. When I attempted to pay using Apple Pay, I received an "Apple Pay failed" error. I also tried multiple payment cards, all of which are valid and have no regional or country-related restrictions.
I made every reasonable effort to comply with the requirements, but the payment could not be completed because of failures within the application. As a result, it is unfair to hold me responsible for any fee, penalty, or consequences arising trom the inability to process the payment.
I request that the €72 fee be refunded and that this matter be resolved promptly.

Die App ist an sich ganz gut, aber es stört, dass man ohne Account keine Tickets kaufen kann und dass die App in vielen Menüs auf Französisch ist, obwohl die Sprache auf englisch gestellt ist. Andere Sprachen wären auch gut.

It seems either unclear , or not possible to pin the ride that i want to take , i had to constantly reroute to see if il going the right direction. Also a better explanation of the validation and re-validation system , and tickets buying , for how long , or how far. Seem to be unclear. Had to ask chatgbt for help. So has space for improvement.
