Small Selection / Cumbersome Interface
The selection of books is ridiculously small. I had to enter most of the books manually. Updating progress on currently reading wasn’t obvious or intuitive. I want to support women / BIPOC but this app is a mess.
2 stars simply because the interface with the shelves is cute. Otherwise sticking to apps with a bigger library / more user friendly

Great for TBR and tracking goals
This app has been great for tracking goals (they offer monthly and yearly) and for keeping track of my TBR. Love the aesthetic too.

Free version is really cool! I’m debating on paying for the yearly subscription… I think that I can see all the books I’ve read visually as well as a list!

Y'all can't make me hate GoodReads
Terrible! I was excited for the extra features so I upgraded to a pro account to my surprise doesn’t do anything. Any features I tried to use after upgrading just kept taking me a page telling me I need to pay for a pro account which I already did so now I am just confused. My final straw was it constantly, CONSTANTLY, kept crashing on me. I canceled my account, I will be staying on GoodReads because they’re simple and to the point.

The perfect app for storing and tracking the books I read! I like how there is still a lot to do with this app with the free version, but also allows for more advanced ratings and appearances with a paid subscription. I love how the books read are on a “digital bookcase” it’s super cute! Still continuing to explore all the options!

I like that i can actually notice if im reading. Makes me miss reading every time a notification pops up. And getting gems to decorate and custumise your bookshelf seems stupid but its fun (thats actually why im reviewing the app)! I have nowhere close to affording the plants, but thats fine because its only an extra.

Do Not Use
The app never works as expected. It’s very tedious and cumbersome. It also never works and shuts down on its often. Literally use any other app. So many bugs and issues that don’t get fixed.

The ads/promotions at the beginning are blocked sometimes, making it so i am unable to open the app

Needs fixes
Will not remove things from TBR that are very clearly no longer on tbr, not market as currently reading or even as read. Just will not come off. But want me to pay $111 for lifetime access of something that doesn’t work?
