Card locked
Used this app to lock my card when not in use, after the update it kept referring me to the OTHER app… you CANT lock or unlock your card so my card is now PERMANENTLY locked due to this stupid app
Keeps saying login not correct
I never agreed to this change In software, as it used to work … I made complaint and there answer is to just not use debit cards with them lol and I thought they made money off transactions
Worthless app
Doesn’t do anything but let you see transactions. Won’t send alerts no matter what options you pick. Pointless. Bring back the old card manager, at least it worked.

Just crashes when I try to open it. I have deleted it and re loaded still won’t work

Shotty system and technology
Not only does your bank fail to recognize my card (that I have had for over three years with this bank) the “scan” feature is completely useless. This bank seems like a scam sometimes

App crashes every time I try to log in
Can’t update email address
The app wants to send a security code to my email but has the wrong one. There’s no way to update it or opt for a text or phone call. I even changed the email in the TCB account app to no avail with this one. Seriously. Aren’t such features standard these days? One star out of frustration.
Doesn’t work at all
The app literally started up for the first time with nothing but a “retry” option that does nothing and a “help” icon that you’re not even able to click, completely unresponsive app. Waste of time.

It does what it says! I’ve successfully (accidentally) had my attempts to use my debit card denied while using this app, so I know it blocks it transactions when you have the card turned off.
Another feature I like is that you receive notifications every time denied transactions were attempted. You also see successful transactions.
I agree that it would make a lot more sense to have card control integrated directly into the mobile banking app, but no big deal really.

Doesn’t work well for Face ID
Can’t use this app very well with FaceID. Also Tri Counties Bank, in general, seems to have issues with iPhones for some reason, at least with my experience. This particular app works poorly with my iPhone.
Bug?
Can’t set anything up app wants me to put info in to set up card but nowhere to Enter any info.
Great concept, crashes a lot
Ok I’d like to make one thing clear first. I don’t review apps very often, but I felt compelled to do so here.
This is a great concept and other banks/credit card companies have similar features but the main thing is they normally have it built into their main app... not as a separate one.
Also I believe they have way better quality control... this app using FaceID crashes for me 6 times before I get a successful login. That’s 6 times, common TriCounties, can’t you do better?
Also I’d rather see this is a feature of the main app which in turn would allow you such control on the web too.
Once the crashes are fixed, I’ll change my rating, but until then you only get 1 star.
