terrible customer service- never coming back
We have an autistic child who loves to wander around yet the manager seemed to think this was a problem; despite our little one not harming anyone or interrupting anyone else's meal. She was simply sat at an abandoned table and apparently that brought such an uproar amongst staff although she cannot help it. Not only this but the music was BLASTING so much so it was hard to hear anyone around me so if you're looking for a calming atmosphere for lunch you won't find it there. The food portions are absolutely miniature and that's understandable for an all you can eat buffet however as we started ordering desserts and was enjoying the first round, the waiter told us that this had to be our last round. What's the point in calling it an all-you-can-eat if it's not all we can eat.

Misleading website
Booked a table having to pay a deposit of £10 then needed to cancel due to emergency rang them to inform as per their website which informs you to ring and cancel and deposit will be refunded over the phone to your card they refused to do this
Very disappointing
While in Manchester for the weekend my cousin and I visited the Chinese all-you-can-eat Bury location, expecting to find a delectable meal that we could rekindle our old family bonds over. Paid for, in full, by my loving mother and father at no less than £25 per person - a shocking rate at the best of times - we were mortified to find this joke of meal. The portion sizes were minuscule (thank god!), the noodles were a dry metaphor for the entangled dissatisfaction we faced throughout out evening. By far the most exotic dish that we encountered was a soggy chicken nuggets coated in salt, leaving our mouths in desperate need for drinks - which were not even included in the heinous price! While I could go on for pages about the litany of disappointments from that night, I refuse to waste anymore of my precious time on this godforsaken excuse for a restaurant. The robots were cute though.

Brilliant
We booked a party of 11 people, after reading reviews i expected the food to take ages but it come within 5-10 mins of ordering which is quick especially because we ordered loads of dishes. Portions are small but i preferred that because i wanted to order a few different dishes and wouldn't of been able to finish them if they were full portions. Nice food, good service

Good food and a robot waiter
Not the traditional help yourself buffet but a robot waiter what more do you want. The portions are small, maybe it’s the minimise food wastage, but there’s plenty of meats, noodles and rice. And can order as much as you want. Good old East Asian cookery.
