Can’t check HISTORY
On the older version you could check your history and knew as your checks and debits can in. Never had to question your account, never had overdrafts or ran low on funds. Now, you can’t see your history and they decide how they wanna take the funds out instead of how they actually come in or are deposited, you have late fees, overdrafts, courtesy fees, etc…..
Don’t like the app and now I’m changing banks. I’ve NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN AT ANY OTHER BANK IN OVER 35 YEARS. Scammers just a new way of doing it!!!!!!

Bad
Face ID is nonfunctional as in it does not work at all. Sometimes it will ask for a security code sent to your number and all your have to do is restart the app and it bypasses it so great security there. They havent updated this app in a year and it shows. Outclassed by literally any other bank i do not recommend.

Functional.... Sorta
App does what a banking app should do. Check my balance, deposit checks etc. Up until the last several months I've had no issues at all. An update must have broken Face ID; I expected it to be fixed in an update but going on a year with the functionality broken.
Won’t open
Since the last update, app will not open. It recognizes Face ID and tried password. Nothing.
Great app
Great app! Easy to use especially when I’m on the go. Love the mobile deposit and the new zelle feature!
