They keep taking my money every month and won’t let me cancel the subscription I don’t even use the app anymore when I go through the website it tells me I don’t have a subscription but keep taking my money I want a refund!!!!

This app is absolutely garbage
Keeps Freezing!!
Every time i try and make a mockup it freezes
Trash App!!!
It does nothing that is advertised except create these trash mockups!!! It’s called tchpack, but nothing in this app that allows you to create tech packs!!!

Not worth it
You only get 1 free mockup, it is honestly not worth the money. Making mockups is pretty easy as is, and so is finding manufacturers. Imo this app isn’t worth it, even if it’s just a mockup using AI for design is not a good look and shows lack of creativity.
Great App For Designers
Great app for designers. A game changer. Had some issues at first but support was quick to address the issues. So customer service 10/10. As far as the app itself it definitely helps save a lot of time that you would normally spend having to draw your own mock ups. 10/10
Scam
It worked for the front side of one mock up then made me pay subscription. Once I paid subscription now nothing works. Keeps saying error and refresh page. I’ve closed the app and re opened, deleted app and redownloaded, tried in browser, tried on a different device and nothing works. The help section doesnt even open at all for me to try and contact support.
