Bad discounts
Don’t get this card. There are far better ones. If you already have it then you are paying too much for fuel. If you think you can’t get your own fuel card, I’m here to say you can and with far better discounts than literally All mega carriers.
Terrible business model no reliable discounts
I've been utilizing this company's services for about two years now, going on three, so I've become pretty familiar with how things work and have set a baseline of minimum expectations for any service you're paying to use. In previous years before our current fuel crisis, it was a somewhat reliable tool for finding discounts—a lot of times their prices were way off compared to competitors like Mudflap, which offers $0.50–$0.60 cheaper—but in some areas, they were the better deal. However, my most recent experiences over the last 4–5 months of working with them have led me to end my relationship with this company.
Anyone using the platform understands the disclaimer about the fuel finder tool to some degree. To give you a clear picture of how that disclaimer plays out in practice—this comes straight from their staff—fuel stops shown in the app can change prices as often as every 15 minutes. In the past month alone, I've been charged much more than expected multiple times when relying on their discounts.
## Key Problems
Their advice? Call the gas station and ask the cashier—who knows nothing about setting fuel prices—to confirm the TCS discount. In reality, the price you see in the app will almost never be accurate during this fuel price crisis. I thought, "Okay, let me check again," drove 25 minutes to a supposedly cheaper station, and arrived to find they'd just hiked the price by $0.35.
## Main Issue
My biggest frustration with this company is that they can't guarantee the price, the fuel station can't either, and the app is unreliable.

Fake fuel prices
This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a straight-up scam. Every time I check the price on the TCS app before fueling, it shows one price — for example $4.19 per gallon. But once I finish fueling, the price suddenly jumps to $4.39 per gallon. This has happened more than once, so it’s clearly not a glitch.
How is this even legal? You’re advertising one price to get drivers to commit, then charging a higher price after the fact. That’s misleading and dishonest. As drivers, we rely on accurate fuel pricing to plan our expenses, and this kind of behavior completely destroys trust.
If the price can change, it needs to be clearly stated BEFORE fueling — not after. Right now, it feels like TCS is intentionally misleading people.
Fix this or be prepared for people to stop using your service.

The message in your screenshot means the app is trying to open a website that is not secure. 🔐⚠️
What the warning means
The page says:
• The website does not support HTTPS (secure connection).
• It is using HTTP, which is not encrypted.
• Information you send (passwords, phone numbers, credit cards, etc.) could potentially be seen or modified by others on the network.
Why this appears
Common causes:
1. Old or poorly configured website inside the app.
2. The app is opening an external web page that only supports http:// instead of https://.
3. Network interference (public Wi-Fi sometimes triggers this).
4. The app itself may be outdated.
What you should do
✔ Safe options
• Tap Go Back if you don’t trust the site.
• Update the app from the App Store.
• Try again using mobile data instead of public Wi-Fi.
⚠️ Avoid entering sensitive information if you continue.
When it is usually harmless
Sometimes apps open:
• help pages
• old login portals
• internal company sites
These may still use HTTP, which triggers this warning.

Reviews work!!!
I haven’t tried to use this fuel card and, based on the reviews I have read, so far, I think I will pass on this card and app.
I don’t want to put $$$ into an account just to get frustrated by a glitchy app and a fuel card that doesn’t work! My company depends on accuracy and reliability of the fleet cards it uses. This one seems to have neither.
I was promised a $.50/gal average discount on fuel and when I look on the map, most of the places have no discount at all and the VERY few that do are only a few cents off. That’s not worth the frustration and disappointment of dealing with such an unreliable fuel program.
Based on these reviews, I won’t be using this fuel card and app.

Fuel Map
Hello, dear developers, please fix the loading times when zooming in and out on the map. I also suggest removing prices from the map. Every driver knows where they're going; they don't need to look at every price. They'll just open each gas station and check. The Mudflap app is a good example in this regard. I offer this advice wholeheartedly and with no ill intentions. Please fix this, and you'll have one of the best offers on the market! Sincerely, your client, Tengri Shipping Inc.

Error after error
The latest update now just gives an error when trying to find fuel. It always says no locations found no matter where you search.
Too many unnecessary steps
This app is not very user friendly. There’s way too many steps just to check fuel price - 7 to be exact. Instead of reducing the prompts now they’ve added another prompt which is for “ex-tax” - totally unnecessary in addition to the “fuel finder price disclaimer”. All these are so unnecessary when I should’ve have to do this just once and be done with it. Disclaimers shouldn’t be necessary every single time you use the app. This is so messed up in so many ways. Poor UI and customer service all across the board just a lame all.

What happened
Rts is the better choice
Do not trust the tcs. They never give the discount the app show and customer service is mean. Rts is my other card they are much better.
Disadvantages of this program
At the moment, the biggest downside of this program for me is that I can't see transactions when a driver refuels. They are noted after 24 hours. And today, one of my drivers couldn't refuel due to insufficient funds. Although I can see what's on the card, I don't know if other drivers refueled. But how did this company know that there was insufficient funds? If they know that there was insufficient funds, why don't they tell me what the actual balance is?
