Bad discounts
Terrible business model no reliable discounts
Anyone using the platform understands the disclaimer about the fuel finder tool to some degree. To give you a clear picture of how that disclaimer plays out in practice—this comes straight from their staff—fuel stops shown in the app can change prices as often as every 15 minutes. In the past month alone, I've been charged much more than expected multiple times when relying on their discounts.
## Key Problems
Their advice? Call the gas station and ask the cashier—who knows nothing about setting fuel prices—to confirm the TCS discount. In reality, the price you see in the app will almost never be accurate during this fuel price crisis. I thought, "Okay, let me check again," drove 25 minutes to a supposedly cheaper station, and arrived to find they'd just hiked the price by $0.35.
## Main Issue
My biggest frustration with this company is that they can't guarantee the price, the fuel station can't either, and the app is unreliable.
Fake fuel prices
How is this even legal? You’re advertising one price to get drivers to commit, then charging a higher price after the fact. That’s misleading and dishonest. As drivers, we rely on accurate fuel pricing to plan our expenses, and this kind of behavior completely destroys trust.
If the price can change, it needs to be clearly stated BEFORE fueling — not after. Right now, it feels like TCS is intentionally misleading people.
Fix this or be prepared for people to stop using your service.

What the warning means
The page says:
• The website does not support HTTPS (secure connection).
• It is using HTTP, which is not encrypted.
• Information you send (passwords, phone numbers, credit cards, etc.) could potentially be seen or modified by others on the network.
Why this appears
Common causes:
1. Old or poorly configured website inside the app.
2. The app is opening an external web page that only supports http:// instead of https://.
3. Network interference (public Wi-Fi sometimes triggers this).
4. The app itself may be outdated.
What you should do
✔ Safe options
• Tap Go Back if you don’t trust the site.
• Update the app from the App Store.
• Try again using mobile data instead of public Wi-Fi.
⚠️ Avoid entering sensitive information if you continue.
When it is usually harmless
Sometimes apps open:
• help pages
• old login portals
• internal company sites
These may still use HTTP, which triggers this warning.

Reviews work!!!
I don’t want to put $$$ into an account just to get frustrated by a glitchy app and a fuel card that doesn’t work! My company depends on accuracy and reliability of the fleet cards it uses. This one seems to have neither.
I was promised a $.50/gal average discount on fuel and when I look on the map, most of the places have no discount at all and the VERY few that do are only a few cents off. That’s not worth the frustration and disappointment of dealing with such an unreliable fuel program.
Based on these reviews, I won’t be using this fuel card and app.
